ONLINE BASED PORTAL FOR INTEGRATED HIRING IN HR RECRUITMENT is a web-based system designed to simplify and manage the recruitment process by allowing public users to search and apply for jobs online while enabling employers to handle job postings, applications, interviews, and user access in one integrated platform. This project aims to fulfill the need for a centralized and user-friendly hiring system by identifying essential requirements, developing functional modules, and evaluating the system through functional testing, usability testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The system has successfully achieved its objectives and demonstrates its potential for real-world use in improving hiring efficiency and applicant experience.
