Abstract

Description

This study determines the interrelationship between leadership style, job satisfaction, and compensation on the integrity of employees in the Sarawak public sector. A quantitative research design was conducted, using questionnaire items adapted from previous studies. Data were collected from 104 respondents through convenience sampling. Due to the non-normal distribution of data, Spearman’s rank-correlation was used for correlation analysis, while multiple regression was applied to identify the most influential factor. The findings reveal that all three independent variables have a significant and positive relationship with employee integrity. Among them, leadership style emerged as the most dominant factor. This study contributes to a better understanding of organizational integrity and highlights the important role of leadership, job satisfaction, and compensation in fostering integrity among public sector employees.
