Students at Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) face challenges in discovering and managing their participation in campus events due to scattered information and inefficient tracking systems. The UNIMAS EventHub addresses these issues with a centralized web platform that simplifies event discovery, registration, and attendance tracking. It also supports event organizers with tools to manage updates and monitor participation effectively. Key features include automatic merit point tracking, QR code-based merits tracking and a volunteer system to encourage student involvement. Developed using Agile Scrum methodology, the platform aims to enhance student engagement and create a more connected campus community.
