Abstract
Description
The C2Track: Clearance and Checkout Tracking System aims to streamline the student clearance and checkout process at UiTM Campus 1 Samarahan. The current manual system, which requires students to visit multiple departments to submit documents and settle fees, is inefficient and prone to delays. This project proposes a web-based solution to digitize and simplify the process, allowing students to track their clearance progress and fulfil requirements more conveniently. The system features a centralized platform for students to upload documents, view clearance status, and handle outstanding obligations. Administrative staff will benefit from tools to manage approvals, reducing paperwork and workload.
