Abstract
Description
As digital transformation becomes essential in daily operations, technology plays an important role in enhancing administrative activities, this project proposes the creation of a web-based Resident Management System tailored to Villa Permata Indah. The system overcomes significant concerns that arise from manual record-keeping, such as data retrieval delays, difficulty tracking residents, and possible mistaken entries. To address these issues, the system includes a centralized database and an interactive map interface that enables administrators to manage resident data visually by selecting specific residences. The Waterfall model was used to construct the system, with phases including requirement gathering, system design, implementation, testing, and deployment. The system was created with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, and Leaflet.js for interactive mapping. According to the testing phase, the system had an overall success rate of 97%, meeting both functional and non-functional requirements. This shows better data accuracy, faster access to information, and increased security. Finally, the system improves Villa Permata Indah's administrative efficiency while also providing a scalable solution that can be applied to similar residential communities.
