Abstract

Description

This research will examine the factors that influence the financial well-being employees in Sarawak, emphasizing digital financial literacy, personal debt management, and saving attitudes as the independent variables. Financial well-being has been set as the dependent variable in this research framework which operationalized as the overall financial health and stability of employees in the region. The study intends to accomplish three main goals: first, to gauge employees' digital financial literacy; second, to examine their individual debt management strategies; and third, to gauge their attitudes towards saving. Implementing primary data from the respondent will be analyzed using Statistical Package of Social Science (SPSS) software. Descriptive analysis and Pearson correlation analysis will be applied in this study to give more insights on how these financial elements directly impact overall financial well-being. Thus, the study's findings will ultimately improve financial stability among adults in Sarawak and provide guidance for upcoming financial literacy programs.
