The purpose of this study is to determine how the three different types of working environments such as physical, psychological, and social affect employee engagement. 86 employees from a public organisation in Kapit were given survey questionnaires as part of a quantitative approach. Multiple Regression and the Spearman Correlation Test were used to analyse the gathered data. The findings show that employee engagement is positively impacted by all three types of work environments, with psychological being the most important component. The study also looks at the ramifications of these findings and offers suggestions for improving employee engagement strategies based on the workplace.
