This paper presents the development and implementation of a smart garment donation monitoring system that leverages the Internet of Things (IoT), Firebase cloud services, and Flutter mobile development. The system is designed to detect donation bin fill levels using ultrasonic sensors and transmit real-time data to a centralized platform accessible by both users and administrators. It integrates embedded hardware, cloud-based storage, and cross-platform mobile user interfaces to enable real-time monitoring, user engagement, and efficient donation event management. Comprehensive testing ensured the functionality, usability, and reliability of the system. The paper also discusses limitations and proposes enhancements for future versions.
