Abstract
Description
This study explores the impact of cost perceptions and willingness to pay on individual healthcare preferences (choosing preventive or curative healthcare) and analyse the determinants of healthcare decisions based on structural, process and outcome attributes. The study adopted a quantitative survey method, collecting data through questionnaires, and using SPSS for statistical analysis. Data analysis methods include descriptive statistics, normality test, independent sample T test, correlation analysis, homogeneity of variance test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), crosstab and chi-square test, etc. to ensure the scientific and reliability of the data. This study focuses on the moderating effect of demographic characteristics (such as income, gender, age, health status) on cost perception, willingness to pay, and medical preferences. The research results will provide data support for governments, medical institutions and policymakers to optimize the allocation of medical resources and improve the effectiveness of public health interventions.
