Description
The UNIMAS E-Marketplace is a mobile application made specifically to facilitate peer-to-peer transactions within the University Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) community. It overcomes the constraints of existing social networking platforms by providing a secure, efficient, and student-centric digital marketplace. Key features include real-time in-app messaging, AI-powered chatbot help for 24-hour support, QR code and cash-on-delivery payment options, and a sales/purchase history tracker. Developed with cutting-edge technologies such as Flutter, Firebase, Cloudinary and Dialogflow, the application ensures scalability, usability, and solid security via UNIMAS email authentication. The UNIMAS E-Marketplace promotes entrepreneurship and sustainable resource sharing, which not only improves campus connectivity and affordability but also corresponds with the university's objective of driving innovation and community participation.
