This project presents StayMaster, an application for homestay operation management system designed to assist small-scale homestay owners in managing their daily operations more efficiently. The system aims to address common challenges such as handling bookings from multiple platforms, coordinating housekeeping tasks, and tracking revenue which tasks that are often done manually and prone to errors. StayMaster provides a centralized platform with features including booking management, calendar view integration, automated task scheduling, and role-based access for admins, staff, and housekeepers. Developed using Flutter and Dart with MongoDB as the backend, the system offers a responsive, user-friendly interface suitable for real-world use. Testing results and user feedback indicate high levels of satisfaction in terms of usability, usefulness, and efficiency. The system has proven to be a practical solution for improving operational control, reducing booking conflicts, and supporting homestay owners in streamlining their business processes.
