Effective attendance management is essential in current office settings to improve accountability, productivity, and operational oversight. Conventional attendance systems frequently fail to effectively tackle problems like fraud, inefficiencies, and the absence of real time data. This project aims to develop a Multi-Modal Authentication and Geolocation Approach for Attendance Verification, such as fingerprint recognition and, QR code scanning, along with geolocation tracking integration. The system has been designed to confirm employee presence in specified work areas and to offer real-time tracking functionalities. The project utilises advanced tools such as React Native and Firebase to guarantee an efficient user experience and effective data management. Attendance reports produced by the system will assist HR personnel and managers in recognising trends and facilitating data-driven decision-making. This mobile application seeks to establish a new benchmark in attendance verification, overcoming the shortcomings of conventional systems and fulfilling the requirements of modern workplaces. The project aims to improve workforce management efficiency and reliability, contributing to enhanced organisational productivity and security.
