The system includes features like adding items to a cart, checking order history, and requesting decorations for events. Staff can easily manage orders, confirm reservations, and update the menu via a unified dashboard. The goal of the system is to boost operational efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and lessen the manual workload. By leveraging modern technologies, the proposed solution delivers a smooth and tailored dining experience, tackling prevalent issues encountered by restaurants.
