CaptureEase aims to provide photography services that seamlessly integrate appointment booking, gallery management, and client interaction in one place. Targeted at photographers and clients in Sarawak, Malaysia, the platform uses cutting-edge technology, including AI-powered features to improve usability and efficiency. Currently, the process of booking photography sessions through social media is inefficient and prone to miscommunication, leading to scheduling conflicts, missed appointments, and disorganized photo galleries. CaptureEase addresses these issues by offering a centralized solution. The main functionalities are appointment scheduling and management, AI-powered gallery organization with auto-tagging photos, and tools for client communication and feedback collection. Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology is used to ensure a systematic and user-centric approach for design and development. The platform’s features were tailored to cater the needs of photographers and clients through a survey. The resulting technology enhances the client experience while streamlining the operations for photographers. This innovative solution, which offers scalability and usefulness for the industry, has the potential to revolutionize photography service management.
