Abstract
Description
This project intends to create a File Registry System for Bintulu Development Authority. It is a comprehensive solution designed to streamline the management and tracking of file borrowing processes within Bintulu Development Authority. The system replaces the current manual methods with a digital platform that enhances efficiency, accuracy, and accountability. The methodology of the development of this system is Rapid Application Development (RAD). Rapid Application Development approach is used to construct this project due to its shorter duration of development.
