Abstract
Description
The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of exemplary and digital leadership on employee performance in an energy development company in Sarawak. This research identifies employee performance as the dependent variable, while exemplary leadership and digital leadership serve as the independent variables. Using regression analysis, the study evaluates the effectiveness of the conceptual framework applied. A total of 383 full-time employees were selected through simple random sampling, and data were collected using a structured questionnaire distributed via online platforms such as Google Forms. IBM SPSS Version 27.0 was used for data analysis, and the findings were assessed using descriptive statistics, reliability tests, correlation analysis, and multiple regression techniques.
