dc.descriptionSmart Car Rental App is developed as a web-based platform for car rental activities using Rapid Application Development Model (RAD) methodology involving two user roles: Owner and Renter. By offering features like car listing management, a booking system with status tracking, and chat communication between the two individuals, the system aims to simplify the rental process. An AI-powered chatbot is also available to help users with basic support and pricing concerns. This system was created to solve problems with manual booking methods that were previously used, like tracking reservations, vehicle status, and renter information. Renters can easily search, filter, and reserve cars on this platform, and owners can manage their car listings. System testing yielded successful results, with all core features such as login, booking, status updates, chatbot and payment functioning correctly under various test cases. Additionally, the website makes it possible to replace paper-based records with data stored in a centralized database. In conclusion, by providing a more intelligent, effective, and user-friendly web solution, the suggested system assists vehicle rental companies in streamlining operations and enhancing the client experience.
