The Pet Suites Booking System was developed to address inefficiencies and enhance user experience in the pet hotel industry. The project was to create a web-based platform that simplifies the booking process, implements an online payment processor, and adds AI-based chatbots with natural language processing (NLP) to provide 24/7 customer service. This system uses the Web Development Life Cycle (WDLC) model to follow a systematic and organized development. Developed using the Web Development Life Cycle (WDLC) methodology, the system ensures a structured, modular, and user-friendly design. Network optimization techniques were applied to improve responsiveness and accessibility, especially for users on mobile networks in areas with limited infrastructure. This prototype was successful in implementing the core functionalities and validated through internal testing, including unit, integration, and compatibility checks. This also improves efficiency, reducing human error and enhancing user satisfaction among pet owners residing in Kuching and Kota Samarahan, Sarawak. While these developments are not meant to be integrated into real life, the project aims to offer a practical and scalable model for digital transformation in the pet care industry.
