This project presents the development of a Smart Community Platform for Taman Suria Tropika, designed to support the management and communication needs of the Surau Al Ansar and its surrounding residential community. The system aims to improve administrative efficiency, community engagement, and digital communication through a user-friendly, web-based platform. It integrates key modules including event management, financial tracking, facility booking, community voting, a communication hub, user profile management, and notification handling. The platform was developed using Laravel (PHP framework), MySQL, CSS, and JavaScript with Alpine.js to handle interactive front-end components. It follows a modular architecture with role-based access control for both administrators and general users. Usability testing was conducted using a Google Forms-based questionnaire to gather real user feedback, which confirmed that the system was easy to navigate, visually clear, and met user expectations. Functional validation was carried out through unit testing using the Pest framework and system testing. Despite certain limitations, the project successfully achieved its objectives and demonstrates strong potential for adoption in other residential communities seeking to modernize their operations and foster a more connected environment.
