Abstract
Description
This study aims to identify the relationship between flexible work arrangements and happiness among employees in the private sector. A quantitative approach was employed, using survey questionnaires distributed to 101 employees on private sector employees. The data collected were analyzed using the Spearman Correlation Test and Multiple Regression. The results indicate that flexible work arrangements have a significant positive relationship with employee happiness, making it the most influential factor. Additionally, this research contributes valuable insights into how flexible work policies can enhance employee well-being and organizational effectiveness, serving as a reference for future policy development and human resource practices.
