The UNIMAS Event Hub is a web-based system developed to address the challenges of managing campus events at Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS). The current event management process relies heavily on manual methods such as using Google Forms for registrations, physical ticket distributions, and fragmented communication through messaging apps. These methods result in inefficiencies, delays, and difficulties in tracking attendance or gathering feedback. This project aims to provide a centralized platform to streamline event management for both students and organizers. Key features include digital ticket generation, online payment processing, real-time event updates, and tools for attendance tracking and feedback collection. The system also integrates communication channels, allowing direct interaction between organizers and participants to ensure timely information sharing. By leveraging a structured design methodology and incorporating insights from existing systems like the UM Event System and Eventbrite Malaysia, the UNIMAS Event Hub enhances usability, accessibility, and efficiency. This platform aspires to create a seamless and engaging event experience for all users, fostering a more vibrant campus life at UNIMAS.
